Before u step in, Dean herself initiated conversation with all the batch students. That would certainly make a student feel happy and comfortable. Every student will find a change to meet almost all faculties in the college though they may or may not deal any subject as during the first one week of induction there will be multiple group activities conducted by different faculties. Faculties are well approachable and helps us anytime with no hesitation.
