The campus life is basically fun. All kinds of facilities are provided by the college. These include a wonderful library where you will find all kinds of study materials along with the examination question paper of previous years and a wifi enabled campus.

IIT JEE I TOOK IIT JEE EXAM AND ALSO I SECURED 109 MARKS IN JEE EXAM. AND THE EXAM IS SO COMPATETIVE TO GIVE IT SO HARD TO CLEAR WITH A GOOD RANK ALSO YOU HAVE TO STRUGGLE A LOT FOR SECURING THE GOOD MARKS FOR ADOPTING A GOOD COLLEGE....

Course structure is good..but need to be much better also apart from studies there are also many faculty available where we can go and can tell them about my ideas and teacher helped them a lot. Faculty is undoubtedly very good and helpful this is quite good and inspiring. ALSO I RATED IT 7.9 FOR THE CAMPUS ...

ALSO IT PROVIDES THE INTERSHIP ... WBJEE, RANK 3329 This college is the best( no. - 1) college of West Bengal as a private B-Tech engineering college approved by AICTE and affiliations WBUT(MAKAUT). The Institute is ranked among the top 100 colleges in India. PLACEMENT -There are some mass recruiters like Cognizant and TCS which pretty much recruits a lot of students from IEM. The campus placements encourage companies like TCS, CTS , Infosys, ITC Infotech, WIPRO on a regular basis. Placement opportunities are restricted to a very few companies.

YES IT OFFERS THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES..TO THE STUDENT Placement is quite good almost 100% students get their jobs, teacher are also very helpful. INTERNSHIP -Yes college provides oppt for an internship lyk they provide the internship from tcs in latest, tcs took an online exam on their center and they will select 250 students out of 350 students results is not yet been declared.

COURSE CURRICULUM -Not very good. Outdated syllabus. For me course should be linked with practical work. Only memorizing the subjects does not help student. Very large syllabus. IEM maintains excellent relationships with all the major software companies such as TCS, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys etc. These relations are further strengthened by its strategic location (right in the middle of the IT hub), and its vibrant alumni network. As a result, IEM achieves nearly flawless placement records every year, with almost 100% of its students getting placed via on-campus interviews. The only year in which these figures took a hit was during the massive recession faced by the IT industry during the year 2009,

ENTRANCE PREVIEW -CAT, 70% accrued I want to become an engineer i like the stream. PLACEMENT -The placement went pretty much good the SUPRA co.pvt came and about 60-70 students were taken. Placement and job opportunities are good. If you are talent then you can land up into a great company. Many company come throughout the year. Tcs, wipro, musigma and many more. More than 25 companies came this year. Its great opportunity to get placed.

I took Karnataka diploma CET. I got ranking of 1070. Actually I was from diploma background where I completed my diploma in computer science only. So that I was avial of computer science and information science beaches over both of these departments i took the computer science and engineering.

There is an additional exam required for admission. So, the admission is only based on the counselling given by the college which is a must to attend for the students and the merit of the NMAT exam. PLACEMENT -Many companies such as lifestyle, Oberoi, Radisson, reliance, lifestyle etc come for placements. So many placement opportunities are available by the college and the student is groomed for interviews. `

The campus placements were awesome though 20003 was not a year of opportunities. We had all leading companies coming into college. I was selected in the first company that came in (Sasken) so am not aware how was the placements later on but most of our teammates were placed indicated that the placements were good.

The college is quite good and stands up to its reputation int he country. The Mumbai campus is especially good and has lot of opportunities in store for students.

I GOT ADMISSION BY FILLING THE FORM OF IEM APPLICATION FORM AND Fee structure is feasible Even middle class family can also attempt to teach their students in this college fee is approx 40k per semester. Gender inequality is the norm in Iem.Girls are regularly and constantly discriminated against in all aspects of college life from hostel curfews to excursions outside campus and on and on it goes. Girls have an extremely restrictive and policed environment which does not teach them any independence at all. It only makes them more and more dependent on the system for each and every need that they have.

Every member of the this university enjoys diverse opportunities for intellectual, personal and professional growth. Learning and working at university will foster quick, well-rounded minds, well-equipped to succeed in our fast-changing world. ENTRANCE PREVIEW -I have given JEE Mains entrance exam and my score was good enough. I choose this university because this university has a name in industry.
