Remarks
For taking admission in PDPM-IIITDMJ you have to give JEE mains with 12 Or after 12. After the results, you have to fill out the form for josaa counseling and you have to fill in your choices according to your priority. If your rank is around 25000 you can easily get the ece branch in iiitdmj.
Course Curriculum Overview
The new year starts on 1 Aug. Around mid-September there was a mid-sem and mid-sem break during Diwali break and the last week of November there was the end sem and December is winter break. On 1 January next semester begins and during mid-Feb, there was mid sem and mid sem break during holi and there was the end sem in the last week of April and May June and July are summer breaks.
Internships Opportunities
From 2 years onwards you are eligible for internships. Internships should be during summer or winter break not during college time but you have to apply off campus. From 3 years onwards only a few companies will come for summer internships. From 4 years onwards companies come for 6-month internships.
Placement Experience
From 2 years you are eligible for internships during summer and winter break not with college time. In 3 years some companies will come from September to January for a summer 3-month internship. From 4 year onwards the company come for 6 months of internships and also for full-time offers. Placements are increasing day by day.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are comparatively low from other colleges. Your whole fee (academic + hostel + mess) for 4 years is around 7 lakh which is affordable. There was a good opportunity for a scholarship. There are many types of scholarships for sc, st and for those whose parents' income is less than 5 lakh per annum.
Campus Life
College life depends on how your group is and how much you are active in your college. If you spend all day in a room then your college life will be boring. There is a total of 25 clubs in three categories technical, cultural, and sports. 10 in technical, 10 in sports, and 5 in cultural. The infrastructure is quite good.
