Remarks

The course provided by ASB Amritapuri is different from other top colleges because it has a unique environment covered by black waters and the sea. The Faculties are too good and the highlight of ASB is the Culture and discipline of the students molding them to be part of a corporate world.

I choose this course because it adds value to my career and helps in the placement of companies in my field of interest. The faculties are too good as they motivate us to do live projects under their guidance.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are not provided directly by the campus but the faculties assist and connect with alumminies to ensure internship opportunities for students. Amrita has a TBI which also provides Parttime internships for interested students.

Placement Experience

The students become eligible for placements after Trimester 3 but in some cases, pre-placement interviews are offered during 2 nd trimester. For Finance placement companies visiting Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC, BNY Melon, etc. also offer 100% placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees including hostel fees were 8 Lakhs, genuine fees, and scholarship assistance is also provided. The cost of the study is affordable. The scholarship is provided based on the management entrance test conducted.

Campus Life

At the Amrita campus, Amritapuri our flagship event Business Fest Pradhyut and Tech fest Vidhyut attracts students from all over India. We have a Library which has all the new books and materials needed for research and References. We have a Nature club, Finance club, etc.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel Facility is good, 3 sharing rooms with all the required facilities. The food is Vegetarian so many faces it as a problem but though the food is vegetarian, food is tasty and healthy food. we have maggie, bread, idli, dosa, veg biriyani, normal rice, etc. Two times a week we also get Payasam.

Hostel Fee: INR 86500 per year

Interview Experience

Yes there was a Personal Interview for Selection, during the personal interview I was asked about my details and self Introduction, and questions about my hobbies and goals were asked genuinely speaking the PI was a little difficult, and out of 2,000 shortlisted only 60 were shortlisted.

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester students becomes elegible for placement Some of the companies that visited inlcude but not limited to: MRF, federal Bank, City union bank, AO smith, EY, Deloitte, SBI, Geojit etc There are total 60+ offers made Highest package: 12LPA Average package: 7.5 LPA Almost 90% student got placed Got placed, thus waiting to join

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

DCSMAT main are there clubs and activities the main function they conduct is luminance which improves the students to showcase their talent in front of all the people. Negatives are the climate in Vagamon is very cold and rainy.

Best days of my Life

Overall infra of the college was pretty good. One word of the campus infra and campus life is luxurious. It is pretty accommodating. We have a lot godo moments right there in the campus.
