Remarks
There is no entrance exam for the university, but they prefer to Jee Main percentile. You can avail of scholarships based on your Jee score and 12th percentage. There is no cut-off for Jee score but you have required a valid jee score card that's all.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose computer science for personal reasons but there are other courses like civil, mechanical, and electrical. The faculty-student ratio is excellent you will find that every other section has a different teacher for the same subject and if you don't like your own section teacher you can always go and ask doubts of another section teacher. All the teachers are having either master's degree or a Ph.D., they have good knowledge of the subject but may not all the teachers are good at explaining things to the freshers like us. Still, you can refer to various resources on the internet. There is a total of 2 inseam exams and one main sem exam every semester.
Placement Experience
You will get opportunities just like one getting into NIT as director of the University is one who himself struggled when he was from some tire 3 college and was not placed that motivation brings in him this idea as each year a lot of students ended up taking admission into tire 3 colleges but here you will always get some opportunities just you need to put some extra effort. Companies like Amazon, Condensation, Samsung, Deloitte, Xebia, ZS, Commvault, and Cactus of them offered packages from 10 LPA to 44 LPA. There are 100 percent placements. I have been placed in meta cube at an LPA of 8 and now I plan to join FAAG. As every tier, 3 students have a dream to join FAANG after getting into some service-based company in the first place.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is far better than other universities as you have to just pay 1.5lack per year and you can avail of scholarships up to 90% based on your GPA and 12th score and also jee the main score for the first year for the rest of the year your GPA will play a role. You can intern in various communities like in training and placement offices for around 20k per month in case you are running out of finance.
Campus Life
I think this university has most of the professionals in the whole of India as it has all the communities and clubs from GDSC to singing and dancing clubs all the famous dancers and singers and FM radio hosts are from JECRC University. You have ample opportunities to learn and grow in the field of your interest even you will find competitive coders with ratings like 2000 on code forces which makes it more interesting.
