Remarks

I have applied through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) for the College based on the 12th percentage as it was the covid year. Although for admission we have to visit the campus offline at the student section and submit details and fees it was in September 2020. There are Gas seats available for all branches which students can take. Improvements like online Admission Form Submission must take into action so that students don't have to visit the multiple times to the College for single work.

Course Curriculum Overview

I Choose Computer science and engineering as my course because of its good scope and opportunities for the future. There are exams every 2 months—first midterms and then the Finals for every semester. We have 8 semesters in B.tech. The faculty is not so satisfactory and the course is good

Placement Experience

From the 6th or 7th Semester, Students Become Eligible for the Placements. Secure Meter, Wipro, App Crew and other local Companies. The average Package is 5L/annum and the highest is 30L/annum earned by students through their own struggle. College is not responsible for the highest Package. 90% of students can get placed but some preferred off-campus placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the College are about 80k for the first year and then 70k for the rest 3 years of the B.tech Computer Science and engineering course. Every Semester you have to pay the fees mentioned i.r 35k around. Scholarships are available like National Scholarship Program and other minor Scholarships are available. College provides no financial assistance after taking admission.

Campus Life

No TechFest has been conducted till now but it may be performed by the month of February 2023. Projectors in Classrooms are available but professors majorly use boards. Indoor Sports and Outdoor Sports are available and have proper Space for them. Clubs too became active after the Election in College. There are programming clubs, Robotics Clubs, Genesis Clubs, Writing Clubs, Fine Arts Clubs etc in College

My day by day growing college CTAE

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Collegeof technology and engineering udaipur is good for study but not for extra circular activites

Glimpse of CTAE

I applied for many colleges like AMU(Zakir Hussain College of engineering and technology), Jamila Milia Islamia University for B.tech and appeared for JEE. I choosed CTAE because I did a thorough research about college and found it appealing for me. Yes I didn't get into Jamia Milia Islamia University because of their cut-off and didn't get any decent college during JEE councelling, that's why I chose CTAE. The admission is done through REAP(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process), it accepts JEE score and 12th percentage as selection criteria and released ranks on their basis. It doesn't hold exam for selection process. We have to fill choices of colleges as oer our desire. They don't specify any cut-off particularly rather than they release ranks after evaluation of JEE score and 12th percentage. There are three rounds of councelling first round is for other state students, second round is for Rajasthan's students and third round is for upward movement. The upward movement is for students who don't get desired college so by applying for upward movement they can get better college and branch....Read More
