Remarks
Any student who has cleared the senior secondary examination ( from Science-Maths) and has been given JEE mains can apply for admission. The admission take place through REAP( Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process). You can apply for the form on the official website of REAP. You will get the college on the basis of your 12th grades and your percentile in JEE mains.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am personally interested in the field of Electronics & communications and that is why I chose this branch. Also, there is a good scope for this subject in this college. There are no extra faculties but you will get at least one faculty for every subject. The teachers are very knowledgeable and hard-working. Exams are conducted in a fixed interval of time. There will be mid-term as well as end-term examinations. Conduction of examination is done smoothly and sincerely. Examinations are conducted on time without any delays. The level of papers is good and you have to study regularly if you have to pass the exams.
Placement Experience
The placement of the college is decent. The average placement from ECE is about 5-6 lacs per annum. You can sit for placement from 7th semester ( starting of the fourth year). About 65-70 per cent of the students who sit in placements got placed this year. The highest placement was about 10 lacs this year.
Fees and Financial Aid
As this college is a state government college there are no instant fee hikes. You can afford the college fees as it is to be deposited in two instalments after every semester. With this, there are some scholarship opportunities, especially for girls and they also provide scholarships on the basis of many government scholarship schemes.
Campus Life
There is a good environment on the college campus. You can even go to the library to study. You will get all kinds of subject related as well as some other books in the library. Organization of the tech fest take place on the college campus from November - December. Classrooms are spacious and fully ventilated with good lighting. There are several clubs which are running in the college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not so good. There are many problems like hygiene and maintenance. Food quality is also not so good. The rooms are still better but otherwise, there is no any other good thing in the hostel. First, visit the hostels before taking admission in the hostel.
