Life In Trident

You just have to be qualified in 12th science to take admission to Trident Academy of Technology. You have to reach the college to get all updates about admission form, application form and application dates etc. They usually take maximum 1 hour to complete entire admission process. There is not any reservations available in this college.

Nowadays Biotechnology has a great future in the medical and food industries. So it's a good choice to graduate in Biotechnology. Here in this college, we have 10 teachers in 80 students. Many of them have done Ph.D. in their respective subjects. All exams are controlled by Utkal university and yes it's a little bit difficult as you are studying Biotechnology.

There are not many internships in Biotechnology at the graduation level, they are only available in MSc Biotechnology. But if you are interested you can apply for a paid internship. Most of the projects relating to Biotechnology are needed to be done at the start of 3rd semester.

From the 5th semester, anyone can become eligible for campus placements. As I'm in 2nd semester, have not much idea about which companies visited yet but yes ZIFO company visited last month for 6th-semester student recruitment. As per my knowledge percentage does not matter to get placement. I plan to do MSc in IIT through IIT.

Fees at Trident Academy are much more affordable for a middle-class family man. They have not updated yet anything about fees hike. By the way, if got admission to specific fees that will not be changed throughout your college life. As it is a private institution there are not many scholarships offered in this college although you can apply for some government-based scholarships.

Here in this college, an annual fest named Trifest used to be celebrated but after Covid years it is not held yet. College campus life is quite good we have 3 canteen and shops on our campus. Every type of book relating to Biotechnology is available in the respective library. Sports and extracurricular activities are like Halley's Comet in this college.

Hostel facilities are really good in this college as compared to other hostels in Bhubaneswar as can't compare hostels with our home. The food quality is quite good. They are giving 5 days a week non-veg with veg for vegetarians and 2 days like Monday and Thursday only veg. You can do registration for the hostel in the college account section where you have done the academic admission process. The locality around this college is full of students because this is a hub of students and IT guys.
