Review of DSEU

For doing a diploma in mechanical engineering you must have a class 10 mark sheet with Maths and English as a subject. You need to register at dseu.ac.in when they start registration after registration an entrance exam (CET) will be held. Cut-off will be made on marks/rank obtained in the entrance exam. You will get benefits of the sc/st/obc/ews quota.

The faculties are good and they have excellent knowledge and experience. All have completed Ph.D. in their respective subject and have more than 10 years of experience. Exams were held in a timely according to the semester calendar which is provided in starting of the semester. One faculty have to take a class of 60 students and for labs, another faculty take a lab class in the lab.

You will not be paid for the internship. In the previous year diploma in mechanical engineering students has gone to Indian railways to do an internship, and their students have given tasks to do and got internship certificates.

After the 5th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. DSEU has tied up with more than 70 companies few of which are Mahindra, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, etc. The highest package was 420000 and the average package was 240000. More than 50 percent of students were placed. I have to join Maruti Suzuki after completing my course.

According to the university, your fees will be the same as shown at the time of admission which is (15000 for the first year, 16500 for the second year, and 18000 for the third year) no extra fee will be charged. There are scholarships for sc/st students for the general category you bot provided with any scholarship. No stipend will be paid for the internship.

In every semester there are 4 activity days everyone has to take part in the activity. Fest is conducted in October. Fest was very good. The library is huge and almost all the books can be found here. The classroom is big and projector in every class. There are many clubs and you also can make a club if you can sign up 20 students to join in club.
