10+2 required or a diploma degree. From corona the percentage is not very much seen but before covid it is mandatory for all to have a 75% percentage in boards. Just go with jee mains and you will have to apply for upsee counselling. Normal reservation applicable.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have to go with the gate examination to get into a psu and by getting btech in mechanical i have a great chance to be placed in it. There is 1 teacher on every 10 students. Faculty is highly qualified ,most of them are phd holders and a very few are mtech. The teaching method is same as of other colleges . Exams are semester wise and a moderatly easier side.
Placement Experience
After 6 th sem students are allowed to sit in placements Generally our college is visited by companies like TCS WIPRO CHETU INFOSYS. Average package is 3.5lpa and students from cse and ELECTROCIS go. for the placements. Rest of the students of other branches go for gate examination. I also have a plan to crack gate.
Fees and Financial Aid
No fees hike from previous 5to 6 years. And 63000 per annnual charges applicable for btech. Government scholarships are applcable and claimed by 95% of students. Muslim get 56000 rs scholarship followed by st/sc then obc and then general. No on-campus job, you have to apply and manage yourself.
Campus Life
Udbhav is our annual fest and technovation is our tech fest hosted in the month of October and april respectively. Library is generally used here to avail the course books. Not much books if you are a bookwarm. Fully wooden table and chairs with good lighting and fans. Zonals are held every single year but not very good facility for extracurricular. GDSC is the most famous club in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Each student is provided with a separate table chair, bed, and an cupboard with a fan. The room i am in is three seater. First year hostel have only three seater rooms but 2nd year have room options of 1,2,3,4 seater. Meal's quality is average, not so good but noted that not also so bad. For registration basically go with a letter for hostel room and fees to the warden of the hostel and he will provide you any room according to your choice.
