My Honest Review for Guru Ghasidas Central University

My Admission is done through jee mains examination. If you are able to get a seat in jossa counseling then Reservation benefits are provided. But if it got a seat through csab counseling then Reservation benefits are not provided.

I choose Information Technology because the placement ratio is good compared to other courses in BTech. The faculty-student ratio is good. Faculty are well educated in fact many of them are graduated from IIT and nit and their teaching methods are also good they have very polite behavior. 2 internal exams are done in each semester over a period of 20-25 days and then after the end, semester examinations are done.

Companies like American Express, TCS, etc. Offered internship in our college. Especially Students from computer science and information technology get better internships as compared to other departments.

From the 5th and 6th semesters, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited our college such as American Express, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Geminis solution, etc. The highest package offered in the year 2021 from information technology is approx 23 lacs. And the lowest package was approx. 2.2lacs. Almost 80-90 percent of students get placed Every year. Perhaps if I am going to talk about my plans then I just want to say my dream goal is UPSC. So I prefer completing my graduation from government college so that my graduation fees are sorted.

The fee structure in this college is very affordable compared to rival institutions, and the cost to study is one of the best considering the designation it carries, however, the infrastructure provided is below standard and in line with other government institutions. The opportunity for scholarships, financial help, and campus jobs has definitely improved in recent years as confirmed by our respective seniors, as of now, these things are average, though far better than other lower-tier colleges.

The name of the Annual fest of our college is "Equilibrio". And it is conducted in the month between the month of October and November. Our classes are well equipped with basic study amenities such as fans, lights, smart board, teacher's desk, etc. There are many sports events in our college such as cricket, volleyball, basketball ball, badminton, etc. Social groups like udan, and Tarang.
