I took KCET exam. I got 375 rank in KCET and I opted for this college because this is the well known engineering college in Karnataka And best for mechanical engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
For 1 st year there is common syllabus for engineering students which is divided further into physics cycle and chemistry cycle. P-cycle has physics, electrical, civil,caed and maths.C-cycle has chemistry, Maths, Electronics, programming in c,mechanical engineering basics.
Internships Opportunities
College helps students to gain internship experience so that the student gets involved to internship experience and the stipend offered will be near to 30 thousands per month.
Placement Experience
This college is famous for the placements and no students l will go out of the college without a job the average placement salary is about 7lakhs and job will be offered for all student.
College Events
There are many technical clubs and each clubs conduct their own programs. There is fresher's party, Kannada rajyotsava celebration, Annual day which is named as 8th mile.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We need to pay 28 thousand as college fees.This is feasible fees as it includes all the expenses and all the usages and facilities offered to the students. So the fees structure is feasible and it is common compared to other college. But if we coke under management seats then its is coastly and ordinary middle class people cannot afford the fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
College trust offer scholarship to meritorious students who have financial problems. So the poor and meritorious students can make use of the scholarship offered by the trust.
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome. There are many facilities in the campus. There are 2 canteens in the college and the rate of the food is affordable. There are many extracurricular activities like sports,cricket, football, music and singing competition. There is separate club for robotics and for debate.
Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostel for the students based on class. So there is no question of ragging in the college. Mess food is awesome and it is worth for the hostel and mess fees that we pay.
Alumni/Alumna
College helps the junior students to be and contact with its alumni so that they will get complete view of the college and its activities the seniors are friendly and there is no ragging in the college.
Exam Structure
Exam will be having continues evaluation which includes all the internal test and self study where we must do a presentation on the given topics. There is semester end exam and lab exams.
Faculty
In every branch there are nearly 40 faculty which includes HOD, Associate professor, Assistant professor. All are highly qualified faculties and are friendly with all students.
