Remarks

Eligibility - CAT Exam 2021. The form was available online, the application fee was INR 1900 and the dates started in august and went up to November. I belong to the general category, so was not able to take reservations. The process is perfect, no change is needed.

Course Curriculum Overview

My target was to do MBA from UG. Faculty: The faculty: student ratio is 1:15 in IIM Calcutta. Faculty qualification is not known to the students and we get to fill out a form for the review process, where we can give feedback. Term exams happen at the end of each trimester and the level is medium.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 1150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike did not happen for my batch, we were charged the previous fee. But for the next batch, they increased the fee. I did not avail any scholarship but took a loan from a bank which most students take. There are government scholarships for SC/ST candidates.

Campus Life

A lot of fests happen throughout the year, both tech and cultural. All the books, novels, etc. are available in the library and one can easily get them. Classrooms have AC and charging points with them. The sports complex is pretty big, we have a facility for many sports. There are a lot of social clubs run by students like arts, drama, dance, music, marketing, etc.

The placement record in my college is preety good. 80-90% students are already placed this year. Average package is around 9.5lpa. Companies like ICICI, KPMG, PWC, Vedanta, Mother Dairy and so many are coming for recuiting students.

Placement Experience:

Placement is a race here. Handfull of good companies with good roles will come but they take good chunk of students. So be prepare for that and don't worry about getting good companies, here many companies offers better packages than those good companies.

Placements are good sometimes but not exactly sure because some batches are not placed somes are placed or somes are not then they trying to get placement for own if i talk about the percentage of placement then i would say 60% not 100%,for 3rd semester students are eligible for placement & one terms is here that is 75% attendance is mandatory for getting placement, i have visited 3-4 companies & they offer 3.7-4 lpa package,my plan after getting the degree, firstly i looking for a company around 4-5lpa package then i started to develop my self

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Placement Experience:

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

Last semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the companies visited - TCS, WIPRO, MICROSOFT, TATA, IBM , AMAZON etc. 51,00,000/yr highest package and average package 5,50,000 as per company and profiles offered. 97% students are getting placements. My plans start a business after getting the degree.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the fifth term. 300+ companies visit the campus to recruit 500 students. The highest package is 70LPA and the Average package is 20LPA. 100% placements. after getting the degree students will join the recruited companies.

The eligibility for this course is having a bachelor's degree with minimum of 55% of marks and then the cut off for CAT exam varies from student to student. They calculate the composite scores for every student considering different factors like academic background, work experience, gender diversity, past academics, etc. I would recommend that the institute should have a fair shortlisting criteria which should be disclosed to everyone because I saw people topping the CAT exam still not getting calls from institute because of their strict criteria especially for general engineer male....Read More
