Internships Opportunities

My college provides internship for almost all branches and extra MBA. Most of MNC companies come to only our college in our city and they have tie-ups with them.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of this institute is the most happening cell. Under the guidance of an young and energetic placement officer, our placement cell is achieving new heights every year. Placement is an outcome of MBA degree, where every student gets a job as per his/her caliber.

College Events

Workshop on Team Building. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Pisal. It included various team building activities and exercises. This workshop really helped students and importance of team building was highlighted.

Campus Life

Campus has successfully organized 2nd National Conference on Entrepreneurship: A Tool for Economic Acceleration" on 06 April, 2013. Participants from Goa, Karnataka, Gujrat and Maharashtra have registered for the conference. They contributed and presented research papers in the conference and selected papers are published in our National Management Research Journal "Anveshan".

Faculty

All the faculty in the college are fully qualified, Superb talented, friendly natured. They always gives information of other details, them encourage us all activities, we have also PhD qualified professors, even junior lectures also qualified at least for MBA.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
