Remarks

Eligibility is just that you have to Pass your 12th. For admission, one can directly contact the college or apply through the DTE, MP counseling also. The improvement that I would like to suggest is that the freshers must be made clear about their branches.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose CSE because I want to be a software engineer. The faculty-student ratio is good. Like 1:34. Facilities are Masters qualified and some have P.Hd degree also. 1st Midterm exam is taken very early in college.

Internships Opportunities

Opportunities for internships are there for the third-year students in march-April. Stipends aren't clear to us. As I'm in my third year currently, let's see what happens during our turn.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are 72000 per year. This means 36000 for a semester for CSE. If you have more than an 8.5 GPA in the last year, then a 25k scholarship is provided by the college (including terms and conditions). Other than that, government scholarships are there.

Campus Life

The annual fest is named Urjotsav that happens from Feb march. The library has a huge variety of books. But these aren't for RGPV exams specifically. There are some sports activities on campus as well as cultural fests too. Many groups and clubs are being run by students like the Coding group, and cyber security group. Etc.

We have domains and certain denomination in placements like 6 figure denomination for top performing students as they get placements in excess of 10 lakhs. Average as of last year median is around 7 lakhs for electrical branch students.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.
