The candidate must have passed the senior secondary school examination i.e intermediate with science stream. All admission-related information is provided on the college's official website. Admission is solely done on the basis of an entrance examination which is held by the college and the candidate that qualifies can wish to take admission. Reservation is provided on the basis of caste. The admission process is quite good and simple with not much complexion.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very much planned and the facilities are well-qualified and knowledgeable. I have chosen the course as I am interested in it. The faculty-student ratio is 3:69 per subject. Faculties are all awarded with P.hd in their respective subject. Term exams are held on time without any delay.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for BSc. Honours Physics is Rs. 26500 per year including all charges i.e library, laboratory, etc. If you belong to ST, SC, or OBC you can avail scholarship from the state Government scheme named e- Kalyan.

Campus Life

The campus life is quite awesome. There are various clubs that you can join like NCC, NSS, and Chor group. Sports events such as football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, etc. are held regularly. The campus has a gym facility. The central library and departmental library have ample books. The annual fest held here is named Xavier Utsav.

I see a lot of students who struggled in maths, that's why I chose this course. If I talk about real-world examples, from number systems to multiplication, fractions and trigonometry to find the height of pole. Areas of improvement are to relate mathematics with real-world examples, use methods like Vedic mathematics, and also creative, active participation rather than rote memorisation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Biotechnology is itself a very difficult and complicated course , a student has to give his best in order to understand the concepts well . Cirriculum of the college is really nice you will get time to be prepared and prepares you for real-world applications or further academic pursuits like IITJAM BIOTEC , GATB , CUETPG , AIIMS etc . the difficulty level is moderate if the student has prepared well and has clear concept in mind she can do well in exams.

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree.
