Remarks

There is no entrance exam for entering BESC, you just have to apply, and the selection process is based on the merit of class 12, the application fee is 500 for each course you apply. There are certain reservation criteria for SC, STand OBC, the application process is completely online.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B. COM to study because it was the most compatible course with what I wanted to do in the future, and I don't have any regrets about coming to BESC, the population of boys is slightly more than that of girls. The faculty is the best all the teachers are amazing and help you wouldn't need private tuition if you attend classes regularly.

You are eligible for internships from the second year of college itself and there are multiple courses in the college to help with CV building that could help you land internships in the top companies and that also pay for internships.

The fee structure of the college is justified by the facilities that are provided by the college to all its students, there is a particular placement help present in the college to help students with placement after graduation.

Campus Life

If you ask anyone about college life in BESC you will get only one answer awesome. The crowd in the college is amazing, bhawanipur hosts the best college fest of Kolkata"Umang". Some societies are based on the different interests of the students.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . THE FACTS OF BESC

I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
