Remarks
Eligibility of the course - A student must appear for the CAT exam. A student can appear in this exam only if he/she is a final-year student or a graduate. The application form is available on the CAT website - iimcat.ac.in. This application form costs 2200 INR. Application dates are Aug-sept. No reservation benefit was availed. I do not see any improvement in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have been planning for management since my graduation because I lacked some management skills while I was holding the position of responsibility my graduation. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:12. All of the faculty members are well-qualified from esteemed institutes. All of them have done an MBA or Ph.D. We have a trimester system on our campus. We have mid-terms and end-terms alternatively every 6 weeks. Exams are not difficult to pass if a student is attentive to the lectures.
Fees and Financial Aid
We do not have any fee hike policy but the fee has been hiked by 2 lakhs for the program for our juniors. Several scholarships are available for the students. In the first year Aditya Birla Scholarship is given to the top 2 academic scholars, and every year need-based financial assistance is given to the students.
Campus Life
The annual fest of our campus is the 7 lakes fest, conducted in November every year. But we also conduct Mandi by marketing club in December. Online and offline books and journals are available in the library in large amounts. All the necessary amenities are provided in the classrooms- well-seating management, A.C. Wi-Fi, Smart classroom. Our campus is very active in sports and extracurricular activities. Every month we have very activities planned for the students. We have 39 social groups, clubs, or student interest groups for the welfare of students, which are run by the students.
