Mechanical from MMM: career booster or destroyer

Candidates have to appear for the Malaviya Entrance Test (MET). Qualified candidates will be called for interviews. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit in the above-mentioned tests. Verification of documents and payment of MMMUT Gorakhpur admission fee is the last step. This was how I got admission to this college now-a-days admission is done through only JEE mains only. All the JEE MAINS passed candidates who wish to take admitted to this college application on the website through the MMMUT counseling portal. A list of such students is made. And based upon the rank of each student branch is given usually. After the allocation of the branch, students come for physical reporting to confirm their seats. There is also a reservation for EWS quota, OBC, SC, ST FW i.e. , the FEE-WAIVER option is also available for meritorious students who cannot pay the tuition fees.

I wanted to do mechanical engineering that's why I have chosen mechanical engineering and here faculty of the mechanical department is very supportive here all the faculty members are well qualified and their teaching method is good. Here it is not a big deal to pass in-term exams if you have focused on the lecturers regularly. There are professors who just follow old-style teaching but there are few well-qualified teachers who make up this college a good place to study and nurture our future

If we talk specifically about internships in mechanical then on campus it is not possible. You have to apply externally only for these internships. Internships help students to stand out from the rest in interview or selection processes.

Placement record till now are not so good but it is getting better day by day. If we talk about the eligibility criteria for campus placements then students after 3rd are eligible for campus placements. If we talk about mechanical companies then Adity Birla, L&T, MG Motors, Toronto, etc are a few companies

Here total fees for hostellers [excluding mess fees]: BTech 1st year 110000 rs and for 2nd/3rd/4th year 96600rs/year. usually, mess fees for hostellers are around 15000 per semester for day scholars fees are 81600 per year. You can get scholarships from government scholarship schemes. And also placement is also getting better in recent years.

Here campus life is great. tech fest named TECHSRIJAN is known for this college. Various fests take place here. The library facility is also very good here you find nearly all kinds of books here. There are various clubs & societies which you could be part of namely the SAE collegiate club, IEEE, robotics club etc.

Facilities provided in Hostels are quiet. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the hostel very well. Here hostels are very compared to rent cost outside the college thus gives an edge to prefer the hostel also mess food quality is very good. Each day different meal so it doesn't become boredom to eat the same food every day
