In order to be eligible one has to give the entrance exam- XAT and graduate from a recognised university. The application can be found on the official website of the Xavier Aptitude Test. There are no reservations but diversity points are added to profiles based on gender, graduation degree, work experience, etc

Course Curriculum Overview

To pursue a degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management, XLRI is the place to be. The overall design of the curriculum, faculty students ratio, and teaching pedagogy is updated and as per industry mentioned standards

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 2700000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee currently(2021-2023) is around 27 lacs for the whole course duration and there is an annual hike in the fees hence the fees may vary for the coming years. There are many scholarships based on merit in XAT entrance exams and some financial assistance for the merit-cum need-based students

Campus Life

The campus life is very lively, beaming with a wide range of extra-curricular activities every now and then. State-of-the-art libraries, high-tech air-conditioned classrooms, sports facilities, and around 20 interest groups/ committees can be joined for interpersonal growth.

Starting from semester 3 students become eligible for campus placements. The only one company which came for pool campus and made no offer was Alight Solutions. Highest package provided by Amul was more than 7LPA. Almost all got placed. After degree I'm currently doing a job in my specialised field only i.e. HR

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

It was under my budget. Because of my financial condition of my family that time I was unable to pay the college fees and education loan didn't get sanction by the bank because of my family financial records they were asking for guarantor it must be government employee it was very hard to find no one were ready to help my father and me as a guarantor so I decided not to study in that SBS Ahmadabad college I asked the college to return my money whichever I deposited for registration Rs.20,000. After that I planned to get admission in Kejriwal Institute of Management Development Studies (KIMDS) which is in Ranchi Namkum.

The eligibility is graduation in any stream. The admission process is available on the college website. You have to score good percentile in XAT exam so that you can get a call for the interviews and then, if your interview is good, you can convert your call and secure admission. Now they have started GD PI also, and interview process is no more virtual. The application fees is somewhere between Rs 2500/- and Rs 3000/-.
