Remarks
There was no entrance exam, admission was based on the marks scored in inter and high school. A percentage cutoff was seen which is fair. And rest of the admission procedure was easy and simple. Application form can be found on their website i.e. srmu.ac.in and fees detail regarding each course is also listed there. People, there are really helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose BSc. H Biotechnology as it has a promising future today due to recent corona scenarios. The faculty, there is amazing and very helpful. Talking about the student and faculty ratio, there is 1 faculty to every 3 students. All faculty members are well qualified and experienced with their doctorates. Term exams are scheduled timely and difficulty is based on how good you are in academics.
Internships Opportunities
Internship availability and summer training is also offered by companies like IBM, Teachnook, Experiome, etc. In various courses, these companies provide training and internship, and which is helpful for our future placements.
Placement Experience
Basically from 2nd last semester students become eligible for the placements, and many companies visit for campus selection like Wipro, byjus, cognizant, etc. the highest package is 14 lac. and around 70% of the students get placed. I personally am thinking to take campus placement
Fees and Financial Aid
fees is listed on the website regarding each and every course and if there is any hike it will be updated on the website. scholarship available here is the UP scholarship which is the Uttar Pradesh government scholarship, the performance-based scholarship, and srmuset scholarship. There is a job available on campus along with a stipend after you complete your masters
Campus Life
Campus life is amazing, we have a bunch of fests and events like Harmony, and Anubhuti every now and then which is very uplifting. The library here is very good and resourceful, with easy availability of books. There are good sports like volleyball, cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, etc Here is a total of 16 clubs for students to enrol in, and Expressions Club is the Best.
