Entrance Preview
Interested students can take admission into the university by giving the entrance test conducted by the college known as GAT (GITAM aptitude test). This test is conducted on All-India level and all students can understand the pattern of the examination through the model paper available on the website of the university.
College Events
The college organizes an event every year commonly known as techno-management fest. The competition is very high in this fest and around 400 students from 70 colleges takes part in the fest. The events include business plan presentation, quiz on entrepreneurship, advertisement designing, debates, programming and debugging, face painting, dance, singing, fashion show etc. The students can invite their friends and family to the event also.
Campus Life
The library of the college is the knowledge resource centre of the college. It has a collection of periodicals, latest books and research papers, monographs in various fields of engineering, technology, science and management. The library is fully air conditioned and has wifi facility also. The whole campus is wifi enabled and students can use it without any restrictions. The campus also has a digital library available on all the computers of the college.
Hostel Facilities
The campus has the amazing hostel facilities. The college has 4 hostels which are both for girls and boys. The hostel can accommodate a lot of students at once. Although boys doesn't have any kind of restrictions to report to hostel by a certain amount of time but girls are obligated to report hostel on time or else they will be reported late. The mess was good before but after 1st year, the food quality and taste was not that good.
Faculty
The faculties of the college are well educated and highly qualified. Most of them have done triple PhD and it gets very interesting when we discuss their thesis in the class. The faculty of the college has industrial, research and training experience at all the national and international levels. A lot of guest lectures are delivered by senior industry executives that visit the college from time to time.
