Remarks

The students who secured 75% of the 12th Mark are eligible for the course. The application form is available both online as well as offline, application fees of 500 will be levied by the college Fees may differ for the people who reserved their seats before. The campus can give some time to pay their deposit fees after the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview

Since the Computer Science course has a bright scope in the future and the placements will be good in this college so I chose this course. There are plenty of staff as well as students on the campus so the ratio will be 1:60. Most of the faculty are completed their Ph.D. in their degree and the teaching will be above average. The exams are conducted after 5 months of the commencement of college and the students should obtain at least 30% of their marks in order to pass their subjects.

Internships Opportunities

Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, and so on offer Software Associate role internships with a stipend. The projects are given based on their roles, for example, building a website, or building an app according to the user's desires.

Placement Experience

The students are eligible for placements after their 6th semester. The top companies visited are IBM, HCL, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, and more than 1100 offers are made last year The highest package offered was 31LPA and the average package offered was 5.6LPA. More than 90% of the students are placed last year. My plan is to get the highest salary but if it doesn't then I will try to do my master's degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are hiked by 325000 by the corresponding year for my juniors which is huge. I haven't got any scholarship yet since I am just 2nd a year those will be available after 2nd year. But some of my known seniors got internships from some companies with a good stipend.

Campus Life

Last year the college conducted a fresher's fest for first-year students after that some tech fests are often conducted inside the college. There are more than 100000 books available in the library. The classrooms are not up to the mark compared to their fees since they only use some olden desks. Sports are not conducted often but every sports facility is available. There are many clubs run by the students such as Tamil club, English club, Computer Science Club, Mathematics Club, and so on.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

How is life at Sathyabama?

I applied VIT , st Joseph's College, then anand institute of technology...i chose this because of campus and the students I talked to them ,they said it is too good andthe placements were also good too .only thing you need to study from the first...and then this college fees is good compared to other colleges as Sathyabama offer food and bus withing 1.5lakhs ..but others fees itself one lakhs and above...Read More
