Life In IERT Prayagraj

The Admission Process was based on Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam technical university Lucknow Entrance examination in which I filled out the form for LEET because I have also completed my Diploma in Mechanical engineering that's why I got lateral entry in IERT Prayagraj. I got into this college because of the marks obtained in the Aktu entrance exam and I qualified for the cut-off and was eligible for the branch Industrial and Production Engineering in my college. The Application form found at Sarkari result for the Aktu entrance exam where all the information related to the application form, fees, and dates.

The course curriculum is good and faculty members are very cooperative, especially the HOD of particular subjects. I choose this course because I have completed my diploma and want to graduate and this is a great opportunity for me to get a lateral entry in the second year of B.Tech with a similar branch like mechanical engineering because the Industrial and Production Engineering syllabus is approximately the same as Mechanical engineering almost 70 percent. All faculties in my college are either Ph.D. or MTech from Top Government colleges. The term exam is conducted in December and June and According to pass the term exam is not so difficult if we have one capability to read and learn simple and due solving the previous year paper or Quantum questions (chapter wise previous year's questions).

The students become eligible for placement in the final year of the course and many students are started preparing for Competitive exams like GATE and got good ranks and go further for their higher studies from IIT or NIT colleges. The percentage of students who get placed I approximately 65 percent. My plan is simple I have to take placement anyhow from my skills and knowledge.

The course fees are only 55000 rupees and the examination fees per year are 7865 rupees and 3000 registration fees the great thing is almost 56000 rupees are refunded by the UP scholarship whoever filled this form correctly 90 percent chance of refund money by scholarship. The average package of placement by IERT is 6 lakhs per annum and the highest package is about 24 lakhs per annum.

Campus life is awesome because of the cultural fest which name is Technovation in which seniors organized a function in which many types of cultural activities are played and many types of games like paper fold dancing, cricket, volleyball, etc. games have been played by students.
