Remarks

To take Admission to an engineering college, first, you must have done your 10+2 in science, and after that, you must have appeared in JEE Main Exam then you are eligible to apply for IIITD. All the admission processes and counseling are done by JAC. You fill out the application form and sit in the counseling process and grab a seat of your choice. The admission process is simple. Nothing needs to change.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I opted for the ECE course as ECE is one of the oldest branches and is enjoyable. The faculty ratio is very good, and the faculty is highly qualified, and they are always there to help you. one semester is of 4 months in IIITD, we have semester exams in the mid and end of every semester and there is also continuous assessment going on every week like labs, tuts, quizzes, and assignment.

Internships Opportunities

3

All the big companies visit our college and offer internship for various roles like front and back end developer, full stack developer and also in ECE branches , the stipend they offered is about 70k to 1 lakh. and not all the students gets internship offers.

Placement Experience

4

The placements stats of IIITD is very good the average package offered this year is 18lakh and the highest package offered is 50 lakh. All the companies visit our college like google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc. almost 95% get placed. my plan is to get a highest package from my college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are a significant problem in IIITD because already the per sem fee is about 2 lakhs, and it increases by 10 to 15% every semester, most students pay their fees from education loans. Delhi govt and IIITD offer scholarships which are based on family income following are the criteria: income less than 1 lakh having an NFS card 100% scholarship, income< 2.5 lakh 50% scholarship, income <6 lakh 25% scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Life on the campus is chill there are no restrictions on students, whether it is boy or girl. Annual fest and tech occur in January and The library is 24*7 accessible. The classrooms are neat, and all the facilities are available in them. The college provides lots of sports facilities for indoor and outdoor games. there are many social groups on LinkedIn and Instagram. The infrastructure is really good and the hostels are very neat and clean. mess food is ok.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum. My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated. For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem. There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki, etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
