Jee mains is the entrance exam, you apply on the website jeemains.nic.in. The admission process should be online like document verification and all . And I think it's like that now. Regarding the dates, you can check on their website as it keeps changing every year.
Course Curriculum Overview
Mine was Cse dept and we had first-year common subjects for all departments. But now the curriculum is changed totally. The cse faculty of NITW is very friendly and a bit harsh too at the situations. There are some exceptional faculty who'll guide you to the path of success. Not all the faculty do that. Regarding the exams. internal exams will be conducted by the faculty itself and external exams conducted by the examination department like mids and end-sem. Yeah, we got enough ample time to prepare but if you prepare one week before the exams you can score enough to top the class. As the marking scheme is relative it all depends upon the competition of your classmates.
Internships Opportunities
Semester internship opportunities will be there for students where they can apply to the companies eligible according to the criteria they set. Internships in many companies will not be coming as compared to the full-time employment.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester will be getting internship offers for the students where we can get even get PPO from the company if we perform well in the internship. From the 7th semester will be having placement season for full-time employment, need to apply to each and every company according to the eligibility set for it . The highest catch we got was around 80 lacs and the average package was 33 lacs the profiles offered were software profiles, are profiles and management profiles apply to any of them you are interested in. In CSE around 95% of the students for almost placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is 65000 approximately for one sem and it will be almost 160000 per year including all the tuition fees exploding the hostel fee and hostel free would be like depending upon the hostel you are living in the max would be around 40000. Institute merit scholarship even if you secure 9.0 above Cgpa . Regarding campus placements, NIT Warangal equally completes with the top IITs. And in the campus placement, CGPA will matter. Obviously, your coding skills will matter.
Campus Life
It will be many social groups and clubs run by students. They will also be fests conducted by NIT Warangal which is a kinda tech-fest and another is a springs spree. Students will be definitely enjoying this because celebrities and singers would be coming to conduct their concerts and all.
