I am from Chhattisgarh so to get admission to a private college in Chhattisgarh you have a minimum of 55% in your 12th class and should be qualified for PET (Pre Engineering Test). You can search on google for the PET examinations for the full details. You get reservation benefits for ST, SC, and OBC students. Chhattisgarh government also provide scholarship for backward-class students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to be a software developer that's why I choose computer science. Faculty members were well-qualified and cooperative with students. Most of the faculties were P.hd holders. Their teaching method is good. Semester exams are held every 6 months and the difficulty level of the exam is intermediate.
Internships Opportunities
You can apply for different internship programs like Full stack web development, Machine learning, Android developer, etc. You have to make two projects one minor project and one major project. It helps in your campus placements.
Placement Experience
The students in their last year i.e. from the 7th semester will be eligible for the campus placements. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Hexaware, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Wipro, etc. Last year the 2022 batch total of 33 companies were visited. the highest package offered is 10 LPA by Byjus and the average package is 5 LPA. 80-85 % of students placed every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for Btech is around 74000 per year for the 4 years full-time course. The scholarship for the reserved category students is provided by the state government each year till the last year of your course (T&C apply). The campus placement is good for the CSE branch. Around 80-85 % of students placed each year with the average package of 5 LPA.
Campus Life
The annual Fest is conducted every year and the tech fest like coding fest, and hackathon is also conducted. There are more and more books available in the library. The majority of classrooms were smart classrooms. Every year sports events and extracurricular activities were held for students.
