ABES Engineering college provides various courses to the student which include Btech, MCA, MBA, etc. In Btech there are Braches like Computer Science, Computer science and engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical. Eligibility of Courses is based on Jee main score and also on the basis of marks scored in the 12th standard. The application form is available on the website of ABES college in the Admission section. There is no special reservation provided by the college, it totally based on university criteria. The admission process is good and full assistance is provided by the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had taken computer science and engineering which is the cs core branch that has courses that help us to understand how computer system and software works. The curriculum is totally based on Aktu curriculum. The faculty Of the college is quite good and have sound knowledge of the concepts and are also very helpful. The faculty-student ratio is 1:20 and faculty try to interact with each student. Most of the Assistant professors had done Mtech and doing Ph.D. in their fields and professors had already done this Ph.D. and had quite good Experience. Colleges take time to time for feedback from the faculty as well as from the facilities. Exams are on Pre-defined time and the Standard of the internal exams is quite high Gate questions can also be asked in tests.
Internships Opportunities
College also provides internships, and various companies like Cisco, TCS, Wipro, etc offered internships to the students. Most of the companies take tests and then interviews also some companies give the problem statement and choose the best solution application.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is similar to other colleges. The annual fee is around 1.2 Lakh. All students who take admission through counseling can fill out the scholarship form provided by the State government. The college provides placements on campus. A lot of companies visit the college every year. The placement is around 95% in CS balances with an average package of 6LPA.
Campus Life
Life on the campus is excellent. Ragging free campus. There are various clubs for various activities. These clubs organize events from time to time. The college's annual fest is Genro organized in March of almost every year. Tech fest is held recently in November and the annual sports event is held in Winters every year. College libraries have a collection of a variety of books and also provide e-copy of the books. The college has a sports club which takes the interested students and makes them practice and also take them to events at other colleges.
