Hello, I am a student at Asansol engineering college. The Asansol Engineering College or AEC is a private engineering college in Asansol, West Bengal, India. It offers different undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering and Technology and other allied fields. Many companies come for on-campus placements like Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, nagaro, Infosys and many more. The student who is in betch is eligible for placement from their 6 semesters and those students who are doing BCA and BBA are eligible from the 5th semester onward. The college has very good teaching staff the teachers make sure that everyone comes to the class daily. Sports also takes place in the college and yearly we had a fest also that is one of the biggest event of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I took admission to Asansol engineering college because I have heard from many of my seniors that doing engineering and course related to computer science is one of the best colleges in west Bengal. And after getting admission I can feel the same, the teachers are very much regular in the class and their teaching way is also very good. Each and every part of the syllabus is covered in the class and notes are also provided by the teachers.

For a bachelor's degree, the students get eligible for placements from the 5th semester onwards but in betch courses, the students become eligible from the 6 and 7th semesters. There are many companies such as Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, nagaro, Flipkart and many more.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not so high as compared to other private college. If they are charging money they make sure that at end of completion of the course the student is satisfied and got placed in good company but all over it also depends on the student's willingness to study

Campus Life

There are many clubs for students like a literary club and many more. Technical and coding clubs are also there. So the students can choose the club according to their preference. By becoming members of those clubs the students can learn many new things and improve their old skills also

Placement Experience:

1 internship company came for bca course forgot the name which was unpaid. 3-4 companies came for placement but only 1 out 26 students got placed. Companies like TCS, wipro, cognizant didn't came. Although they will give email for those companies.

Budget Best College For Students in Sonarpur

Placement Experience:

Mostly what i know, from 7th or 8th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements. Wipro, TCS, etc are the companies who come to recruit students from this college. The highest package is like 15 LPA, the average package is around 6-8 LPA. 50-60% of students get placement. After the degree, if i get the job i would like to purse MCA, while doing my job.

For jee I prepare very hard during my 11th and 12th but unfortunately I got not as much percentile so that help me out to take me addmission in IIT like colleges but my coching sir addvice me to do counsilling and take addmission in college that i got .
