Remarks

From my overall experience about the college i could easily say that our college has good infrastructure. They are offering placement for those who need it. But i have to say one thing, this college is not for the spoon feeds, you have put effort to gain something.

Entrance Preview

I was worried about my admission and i search so many colleges but then i went to this college and interact with the faculty members of this college and they guided me very well so after that i choose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The 2 years Full Time AICTE Approved PGDM Program at this college, Management Institute has special focus on Entrepreneurship and Leadership excellence that takes into account industry suggestions and feedback. Campus adopted Industry-Integrated Curriculum combined with Leadership and Entrepreneurship development.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement were too good in our college. Many companies were visited our campus and they give opportunities with off campus drives also. When the first company visit our Campus for recruitment and they have selected 183 students with a package of 3.5 for pg students.

Hostel Facilities

We got boys as well as girls hostel. Don't know much about the boys hostel though i could provide some details about girl's hostel. Each of them is categorized according to the quality of rooms. Each hostel room is shared by students. Mess food is also good, not have much charge.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is too big for our college. College has started alumni meets and it was one among the 5 management colleges in Kerala. So we got very reputed alumni's all over the world and they are giving many contributions to the college.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
