Remarks

In sastra, the Admission process will be like there are 2 streams to apply for this College. stream 1 will consider the JEE Mains as 25% and Intermediate marks weightage as 75% and in the second stream, they will consider only intermediate marks based on that they will give ranks to the students. Based on that they will call the first 200 students for the first counseling. we will find the admission form on the Sastra website. we have to apply separately for both the main campus and the branch(SRC). Reservation will be there for the Tamil people. There will be Tanjore Quota, Local Quota, and state quota in the admission process. There will be CSE and ECE branches only in the Srinivasa Ramanujan Center. There will be multiple branches on the main campus including the MBA and M.Tech also. I don't think any change is needed in the admission process at sastra university. You need to get more in either JEE Mains or Intermediate marks. There won't be an Electrical and Electronics branch SRC.

I like the ECE branch well. So I choose ECE even though I got the chance to get into the CSE branch. Student to faculty ratio is 60:1.The faculty are Ph.D. and some are assistant Professors. They are well-skilled and knowledgeable.

From the Sixth semester, College will provide opportunities for the students to sit for placements. In Sastra, I really suggest joining this college, especially for the placements. The average salary is the 7.5lpa and Highest is the 42lpa.90% of students will be placed at end of the year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there will be a fee hike policy at the sastra university. Semester fees will get hiked during each semester on both campuses. We can apply for the scholarship. They will provide an opportunity to apply for a scholarship.

Campus Life

Main Campus life will be very beautiful than the SRC campus. The annual fest will be conducted once a year named Theta. The library is in a full building and has a wide range of collections of books available at the library. The classroom will be nice. The college will provide facilities for Games and sports. Many Clubs will be there for student welfare and to increase the student's knowledge.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Yaahh I had appyfor other colleaes also like lpu ,vit, EAMCET.. reason is why iam not joined in that college is to 1.in lpu I got seat alsoo but that college is soo waast and for me it will be more distance.2.in vit i didn't get cse so I rejected it .in EAMCET i am not interested I got below 20k rank but...not went to that .
