Anyone who have cleared graduation with 50 percentage or more is eligible to take admission in this course. Any eligible candidates can fill the form available on the MDU (Maharishi Dayanand University) website. Admission is based on merit. Reservation is given to the students who belongs to SC/ST , OBC or EWS category.

I was more into teaching. Teaching is my passion so I always wanted to be a teacher, a teacher must have a B.Ed. degree. They have a good curriculum. The student and faculty ratio is also good. Teachers are also well-trained and qualified.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 48000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are around 49k a year or around 96k full course fee (including books). Which is a little expensive for an average middle-class family. Scholarships are also offered based on merit or to a student who belongs to the EWS category. In the second year, you need to do a compulsory internship of 3 months in which they will send you to a school to get on-field teaching experience. You may also get a stipend.

Campus Life

The cultural field is organized every year in the college. College also has a decent library, you will get all the study material there. The classrooms are clean, big, and airy. College campuses also have a big ground for sports like cricket and football.

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester you may get placement and it depends on your course duration also. After getting the B.Ed degree I plan to pursue M.Ed or go for teaching job. I dont have much idea about the placements in the college yet.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some specific aspects of curriculum that influenced me to choose this course was my carrier and was all about my parents...After completing my course I was involved with more studies and interacted with many more works. It helps me to prepare me with real world application by contacting daily with different persons and make them known about more courses and get more knowledge. According to me there are no areas for improvement in the course Curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective on the difficult level was very different and unique .

Remarks:

My opinion about my college is both negative and positive. In a positive way firstly about education tgey provide goid quality.and also about extracurricular activitys is so good. But along side of negative side is some teachers behavior for students is not so good. They are partial in giving of marks.
