To be eligible for this course you should have 50+ percent and should have a computer science or maths in your 12th standard. You can find the application form at the guru Gobind Singh university there minimal application fee of ruppees 1000 and the dates are also mentioned on the website only. There is a reservation for obc sc st by have reserved seats.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I developed an interest in its sector and I wanna make my career in it. The faculty-student ratio is great there is plenty number of well-qualified facilities some of them has the best teaching method and for other you should ask questions but they are well knowledged. There are 2 exams every semester one is mid and another is finals both are not so hard if you were attentive in class.
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year college hikes it's the fee so you have to check on the website mine is 110640 and I think it's worth it. There are lots if scholarships like sc st obc ews there is a separate site of the university with the name of ggsipu scholarships there you have to upload the documents and prove your background once it is approved you qualify for a scholarship. Yes, companies like Infosys Wipro come to campus some of them are paid some are not.
Campus Life
There are 2 fests every year one is organized by the college itself another is by the university in the month of November or December fests are conducted. The library is well maintained full ac but you will only get books related to the course only. Classrooms are also full ac well furnished. There are sports like football table tennis cricket but not at that level there are plenty of groups and clubs, social groups, like NSS Rotract, etc clubs like design coding blogging, etc.
