You can take this college

They asked me to have at least 60% in jee examination to have CSE with specialization and if I want core CS then I have to get 80% above in jee mains. I just called the helpline number of the college given on the website and they have told me everything thing about the college and asked me to submit 5000rs as the registration amount for securing a seat in the branch.

I am interested in doing engineering that's why I opted for it and computer science is the field that has always fascinated me. The facilities and student ratio are good in this college according to me it's just that if you are keen to know then only the teacher will teach otherwise they will not. Most of the Faculties are well educated and the teaching method is good for 70 % of Teachers. The terms exam are held every 1.5 months and they are not that hard to pass even if you have studied one day before the exam it's just the important topics or the things the teachers have given in the assignment.

From the 6th semester, you are eligible for campus placement. Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, and cognizant are major recruiters of Oriental as far as I know and these companies recruit in a very large amount. The highest package this year was 50 lakhs which was gained by a girl off-campus and on-campus highest placement is 12 lakhs and the average package is 3-4 lakhs which is gained by most of the students.90% of students are placed according to knowledge. My plan after doing this degree is to get enrolled in IAF that's why I opted for NCC in college.

The fee structure is a little high as compared to the opportunities given in the college and if you are finding a college with not so High fees and a confirmed average package then you can think about this college. The tuition fee is 96000 for the CS branch and I know some of my friends that are availing of TFW scholarship and many scholarships so I can say that it gives support to apply for a scholarship and talking about the job given so I have not completed the course yet so I can't say anything.

The Tech fest of OIST is known as techacme which is held in the month of November - December and another campus of Oriental holds its tech fest in the month of June - July. I've not gone for journals in the library but I am sure about the books that book is available in the library. classrooms are not that good I mean it's like government school classrooms and talking about curriculum activities so they support you only if you are an achiever of the sports that you want to continue that means they will not give you any training they just see your final practice and will send you to the competition. There are many clubs and societies running in the college every other day you will see an event happening in the college every club. some of the clubs are Artificial club, photography club, literary club, cultural club marketing club, and many more that you will see.
