Remarks

The alumni network of MITCON is very resourceful, rich and helpful but same can be said for the PGDM and other department. The alumni network is very much strong, those who pass out from here wish to be contacted. Those who are in contact feel very lucky.

Entrance Preview

I gave MAT entrance test to be here . This is one of the best schools in India in terms of ROI and campus infrastructure. There are quotas for sc, st and obc students. A general category student requires around 70 percentile to get into MITCON. The admission process consists of group discussion and interview.

Placement Experience

Placements are good. The complete placement process is driven by college. So there is full guarantee in placement. Though near to 100 % palcement is achieved almost every year, external factors can affect this. Faculties are indifferent towards placements. The average package is around 6 lpa. This is the main thing of this institute.

Campus Life

Seniors from my department were very friendly starting front he beginning. They guide us to what exactly to do out here in the department and they always did encourage us to pursue things at a much higher standard than what they did. Even now for our placements we are in touch.

Faculty

Coming to the faculty there will be 80% of the faculty with PHD holders, and also have a lot of experience, actually every specialisation we take, there will be a good judgment for the subject will be given by the faculty almost all the faculty will do justice to their subject.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
