Remarks

You should be completed your 12th with at least sixty percentage of marks. There is no such thing as an entrance test. Application forms can be found in the college itself. Reservation benefits are allowed for some students with qualifications. The admission process can be improved by college by conducting entrance tests.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

I choose this course because it was my passion. Faculties are very less compared to students. Guest lectures come and take classes for students at times. Every six months semester exams are conducted. Internal tests are also conducted by the college.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Internships are done mostly at courts and jails. The internship will be mostly without a stipend. As we are students we will do internships as a legal intern. Our teachers will help with doing internships. Moot courts are also conducted.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the course didn't hike too much over the last few years. Fees are less compared to other law colleges. There are scholarships available for some students with qualifications. No other jobs are available on campus.

Campus Life

4

Fest will be conducted by different departments of the college. The library is big and sufficient supplies are there the library. Classrooms have the required amenities. Social groups or clubs by students are not available.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

A hostel room for girls will be provided with 2 coats and 2 chairs. The study area is available separately. Shelves are available in each room. Toilets are separate from bedrooms and unhygienic. There are other pgs available in the same area

Placement Experience:

The placements of Christ University Bangalore, are pretty decent. Students are eligible to get placements for the 9th semester, and there are a lot of companies that come for campus placements like Shardul Amrchnad Mangaldas and Cyril Amrchand Mangaldas, Khaitan, Puviyah and co., Trilegal and etc. The highest placement that went last year was 23 lakh, and the average placement is 6-7 lakhs. My plan is to do litigation after getting a degree.

It's the law firms like Wadia Gandhy, Dsk Legal, Trilegal and others. Some merchant bankers too are now a part of our placements thing and this is where it is getting interested as we are getting to explore new opportunities. Pay as of now is around 4-5 LPA but I hope it increases to atleast 10 by 2030.

Mostly it's the law firms like Indus Law, Globus, PICT and others. The payment scale therefore is less when it is compared with NLSIU or other NLUs. Some private companies like the UB Group and ITC amoung other others are also coming to hire students who have chosen corporate law as their main electives.
