Remarks
We get a free seat if we get a rank below 10k in the EAMCET examination. I haven't availed of any reservation benefits but there is reimbursement available for the students who are eligible for it and easily avail it.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is electronic and communication engineering. There are approximately 30-40 students for a mentor. The qualifications are pretty good and few are professors. The examinations are scheduled most w.r.t the JNTU pattern.
Internships Opportunities
There are internship opportunities in our college, they start providing information as early as 1st year. For 2 years we start making projects namely micro, mini and major projects to improve the chances for placements.
Placement Experience
Usually, we are trained for placements from the start of 3rd year, few even get placed in the 3rd year itself. The placement percentage is high compared to other colleges with nearly 80% of the students getting placed while considering all the branches. The highest package is 50 lac and the average is 5.5 lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 96000 per year and a few additional fees of 15k are added in the 1st year as a library fee and the following 3 years with an additional fee of 9k. We can get reimbursement if secure a good in EAMCET and will be free if the rank is below 10k.
Campus Life
The campus life used to be good when I first joined this college. But now, they built a lot of buildings which made the college a bit congested and have even removed the football ground to build a medical college and hospital. There lot of events that take place, usually 1-2 events every 2-3 months. There are a lot of social clubs as well.
