one of the best technical universities in rajasthan

in kota rajasthan i am complete sure that it has the best electrical engineering course.good university in rajasthan may develop as the best university in near future.management should have to improve as sometimes management acts irresponsibly

i had prepared for jee but was not successful to rank, so i want a university or college which can provide iit like curriculum so from the iit-jee coaching tycoons new university i had hopes so i took admission in electrical engineering for better psu service

i am from electrical engineering.course and subjects provided in curriculum are excellent more over they provided minor degrees in other courses without extra fees in management,ec,cs,civil etc.. here we have to make a project every sem which had improved our technical and communication skills very much.

no i don't know any guy of university who was benefited with general stipend or internship but we all had a major industrial training of 45 days based on our interests and no bars on more training during vacations

at the cpu home page our university claims that it had 80% or more placements this year, but as per i know only two fellow class mates from 98 students had joined the jobs from the campus interviews. yes they try to provide placements but the companies came for drive are not well established and offer a package of just 8 to 12 thousand per month and more over engineer jobs are less than management

each year many events are organised by university such as robotics, dance & drama ,photography ,and each and every guy have to participate for marks more over one cultural fest is organised every year name IMMIX in which other students other than universities participates too and this fest runs for 4 days and about thousand participation are recorded

when i took admission the fee per year was 77k which is increased now upto 98k .fees is higher than other technical colleges in Rajasthan and backlog exams fees is also high but the facilities and knowledge provided is also high and doesn't feel expensive for the facilities

i don't have the exact idea but they provide scholarships to candidates who scored well in competitive exams and good marks in 12

campus life was the memorable moments of my life . i had made many good friend of both genders here.no of girls were about less than half than of boys but there is no discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status,workshops are held every month for each department and have different cultural societies too

i am a day scholar so i cant tell about hostel facilities but as far as i know food is average,sports and games facilities are good,medical facilities are good,library is good there is no WiFi for student ,WiFi can only be used by faculties as password protected. more over ducts are provided in each class room but the only time i saw them working is my first day at university after that in the whole 4 years ducts are never been on,more over electricity supply should be a problem last year after a fault in transformer the whole universities supply was cut down for about 3 days

as i am from the the second passed out batch from the university so the number of seniors were less to us more over seniors are good and they are happy to help us till now.

labs are excellent except computer labs there were always being problems of software as this was not the problems of university but of assigned faculties. exam pattern should be hectic as no preparation leaves are provided.and in minor exams we have to give two exams each day back to back. and in major exams too we didn't have preparation leaves that are provided on other universities

first of all i went to city office situated at cp tower 1 ,there i met an admission counselor (don't remember his name) they asked for my scores and marks about which course etc and than i bought a form and after 3 or 4 days i took admission (counselor was very good and was telling about everything as i was new for a engineering degree)

yes, our electrical engineering faculties are very good, qualified and knowledgeable but exceptions are always there , pankaj chawla sir,kamal arora,irrfan sir, pavan nagar sir are the name of our best faculties in terms of knowledge and teaching but friendly and understanding faculties are always lacking (more over they might have to follow the rules made by management).
