Brief note on my College

Admission into this college is done based on ranks that students get in their EAMCET. During my academic year, the cut-off was between 8000-8800 to get a seat in Electronics and Communication Engineering stream. Students can apply for their EAMCET through the website.

I chose this course because it gives me many opportunities after completing the course. I get to choose from a variety of options regarding my career. The faculty and the teaching are very professional. The labs are occupied with the latest software that students get to use to build newer trends. There are two mid-exams and one final end-semester exam for each semester and the difficulty of the exams is not too high

There are internships provided to students by Amazon AWS, and Cisco on Networking. If the students wish to do any internship on other streams, they are free to choose from outside. There is a mini-project and a group project assigned to every internship. After completion of all these, you get a certificate that adds to your resume.

The placements are very good in my college. There is an almost 90% of placement rate where the average CTC is 4 lakh per annum. The highest package that was offered was 38 lakhs. There are many companies that students get placed in like IBM, CISCO, ZOMATO, etc. I choose to get placed in a company after I receive my degree. The placements start from 7th semester

For each year, the cost of the course is 133000.If you have joined the college through EAMCET rank, you get a scholarship based on your rank and reservation. If you have joined through management quota, you do not get any scholarship.

There are many useful cultural clubs and technical clubs which conduct both cultural fests and technical fests. The technical fests cover a variety of competitions where the participants come from nationwide to participate. There are sports tournaments conducted by Sports clubs in which teams from different colleges from Hyderabad participate. There is an Arts club, ISTE club, Robotics Club, and many others which are run by students themselves. These clubs get great support from faculty.

There are any hostels in the vicinity of the college. You can choose from them which have various range in price, quality of food and etc. You can expect the food quality to be very good in all the hostels but only a few provide good quality food. The cost of the hostels varies from 40000-65000 per year.
