Remarks

First of all, we have to Pass the NEET-UG examination. Then according to the marks and Rank achieved in the exam, we apply for Medical colleges. Then we are alloted the college available at our rank.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is extremely vast. We have to study 19 subjects in total. Not just theory classes, we have to attend clinical postings along with PG Doctors and professors in the OPD. Our teachers are our Doctors themselves so have vast experience.

House job offerd by this college after internship Stipend is around 17 thousand only Internship is of 1 year in total. We have to attend duties in all the departments along with village posting where the interns our posted in nearby PHCs

Fees and Financial Aid

We have 4 professional years and fees are that approx 2.5 lakh total tuition fees. Hostel fees are separately 23000 for one year. Hostel mess fees are separate according to a monthly basis. But now the fees have increased.

It is a degree that takes a span of time. MBBS has 4 profs first and 2nd prof is comparatively of short duration than 3rd and 4th prof . Your postings will get start from 2nd year and then you can call yourself as a doctor. Final year have all clinical subjects. First prof have anatomy biochemistry and physiology. 2nd year has pathology pharmacology and microbiology and 3rd prof has forensic and community medicine then your internship of 6 months comes

New nmc curriculum is quite clinical based and practical also the practicals in different subjects help us to grab the concept even more. Syllabus is quite vast and difficult to cover. Exam frequency is very high evil give pcts after every topic completion and two internals and two centres and one professional exam is also there.

Well medical colleges are not meant for placements as most students have higher studies plan. Delhi's prestigious hospital groups do come for placements and also offer a bomb cheques to the students but of role that they might not consider.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

Placement Experience:

The hostel is provided from the initial days of the college and the hostel is very well maintained with wardens. After the course, we have to do the internship and after that, we are eligible to open a clinic.

I applied for NEET exam after completing my 12th. After clearing NEET, I applied with my score in counseling, and got admission in this college by my score. We must have studied Physics, Chemistry and biology in 12th and must have completed 17 years of age.

The admission is done purely on the basis of your NEET score. A cutoff is declared after the NEET results are out. A merit list is taken out. Upto 3 merit lists are taken out on regular intervals of 2-3 days during the admission and counseling process. I scored 474 in neet and got admitted to this college.

PGIMS Rohtak as everyone know is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. It is also one of the reputed colleges. It was given an A+ grade. It provides quality education to the students who thought it might be lacking a bit in infrastructure and extracurricular activities.
