Remarks

We have to take the medical stream in the 11th class and have to pass the 12th with the medical stream and give an entrance exam called NEET. So . the Eligibility for the mbbs course is only via the NEET exam. The application form would be available for this on the official site of dmer . application fees are in accordance with the different categories from 1k-5k. Reservation benefits in the application form are there in dmer. For the unreserved category, 4k rupees are application fees and further for other categories application fees are present. The admission process is working really smoothly.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Term exams were really timely. There is no impact of situations like lockdowns or COVID for these types of professional courses. As the guidelines of nmc are to be followed in the exams. Exam levels are not too difficult to pass. An average student can clear term exams easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

Earlier the fees structure was as like. 1st yr -73k, 2nd yr-67k, 3rd yr-67k, 4th yr-67k, 5th yr-57k, These were including all hostel dues as well as University fees. Now after the 2020 batch .1st year's fee is 80k with a 10 percentage of increment per year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

New nmc curriculum is quite clinical based and practical also the practicals in different subjects help us to grab the concept even more. Syllabus is quite vast and difficult to cover. Exam frequency is very high evil give pcts after every topic completion and two internals and two centres and one professional exam is also there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

Upto 3 merit lists are taken out on regular intervals of 2-3 days during the admission and counseling process. I scored 474 in neet and got admitted to this college.

PGIMS Rohtak as everyone know is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. It is also one of the reputed colleges. It was given an A+ grade. It provides quality education to the students who thought it might be lacking a bit in infrastructure and extracurricular activities.
