Remarks

I got direct admission on the basis of my marks in my 12th. There were 3-4 merit lists according to which admission was given. Hence I had a 90+ Percentage, and I got my admission to the First list only. For you to be eligible you must have 45+ Percentage marks in 12th. You can have access to all the details like the application form, fees and everything regarding the admission procedure on the official website of Banwari Lal Bhalotia College. Yes, they do have reservations for the reserved categories. They also have a different cutoff for them. The improvement I would like to see is that they must allow a Campus visit to the students before admission as the whole of the process is online.

I am studying Zoology Honours there. I chose the course because that's my field and I wanna do something big in life science. The Faculty: Student Ratio in our department is really good. It's around 1:10. The teachers are really qualified in their subject. Most of them have done research in their own field. Their teaching method is student-friendly and they teach in English and Bengali. The terms are running timely as of now and the exam difficulty depends upon how you pay attention to it. As teachers, there are very good in terms of completing the syllabus on time.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure is not a thing you should worry about. It's economical and there is rarely a change in them. You can also apply for the scholarships like Swami Vivekananda, Kanyashree etc. The College faculties will help you out with them. Talking about the jobs they have a Campus Placement cell for it. You can contact Arnab Ganguly anytime, he will help you out.

Campus Life

They do conduct a fest yearly. Libraries have a wide variety of books which you can access once you got the Library Card. The classroom is well-equipped with smart classes. Talking about sports it's not that prominent but there is a cell for it you can get your name registered there and play University games. Students have a Union which organises different fest and programs.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

College over other's majorly because of their Social Media Presence and other factors like convience and stuff.. There is no specific eligibility of this course if you have passed out from Commerce stream rather atleast you have 45% marks in HS in overall subjects .The application form will get at every cyber Cafe to take admission and then you have to visit College at BBA department office to Book your seat after filling form in cyber Cafe.The semester fees you have to pay in college at BBA department office .There is no problem to take admission whether you come from any Cast .In my opinion I want to see full admission process at cyber cafe....Read More
