Graphic Era University- A combination of Studies and fun.

Eligibility for the courses was different for BSc IT we don't need such eligibility or speciality. They just need us to have a good score in 10th and 12th. Anyone can find the application form and any other query-related document on the website of the college. The process of admission was good everything was clear in front of me nothing needed to be changed.

I chose this course because I have an interest in coding and IT-related things. The faculty and student ratio is good there is many faculty and student as well. We can say half of the faculty members have more than normal qualifications like they have done phd and many other achievements. Term exams are held in two ways mid-term and end-term and they are pretty hard if a student has studied correctly it will be easy for him to clear this exam.

No companies directly came to offer internships till now students are doing internships on there own. Projects held from the 5th and 6th semesters in which we have to make a unique creative application or have to do a research paper. Project outcome helps us to gain more knowledge and make our cv more attractive to companies.

From 5th semester ( In B.Sc(IT)) means from last year that 3rd-year students become eligible for campus placements. Around an average of 4-5 companies visited till as of now and around 16 to 18 offer letters were made. The highest package offered by D.E Shaw which is 21 lakhs p.a and the average package was around 3.6 to 4 lakhs. The role offered was web developer, software tester, etc. till now (5th semester) less than 20% are placed right now. After getting the degree my plan is to get a job and start working and have to do a mca in correspondence.

There is not such fee hike there's is some things to discuss which is 1. If you have a back log and can't maintain the cgpa above 7 then your scholarship will be cancelled. 2. If you opt for industry certification then you have to pay more 10,000. • I didn't got any job yet but here are some companies that came in our campus 1. D.E Shaw( max package of 21lakh p.a) 2. Wipro (max package of 8lakh p.a) 3. Pulicis Groupe( max package of 3.6 lakh p.a)

Grafest only the name is enough for the whole Dehradun to know what it is. The Grafest is the greatest college fest ever. There is a good well-maintained library available in the college with all the books needed. Sports activities are we can say average on our campus as only those who want to play can arrange it otherwise In my journey toward a B.Sc(IT) I haven't played a single sport yet.
