Excellent educational atmosphere

The university is having very good environment for education. it provides students with a very calm and acceptable environment to explore all the opportunities they have caliber to explore. the infrastructure in excellent and very supportive. all the faculty members are very energetic and well versed to do their job.

I took MAT at that time and i scored 97.92 percentile. i opted for this college due to its reputation and the teaching faculty which is of a very high standard. further college is also having a very excellent record for placements.

The course curriculum is very good. we have couple of subjects in research methodology which enhance our research capabilities. also the dissertation in the 4th semester provides the platform to use those capabilities practically. The electives include finance, marketing, HR and supply chain management.

yes the college provides internship in various institutes and the stipend varies from 8000-25000. The various institutes which are regularly connected include RBI, SBI, J&K bank, Gati etc. The internship provides a very great market experience and enhances capabilities of students.

Almost every student get placed in department of business studies. The companies which regularly visit smvdu include ICICI, HDFC, SBI life insurance, Water Health, Airtel, Gati, Yes Bank etc. the annual package varies from 3-6 lakhs.

The fee structure of SMVDU is a bit on higher side but the scholarships for bright students compensate the same. The Fee for MBA include annual tuition fee of 150000 and annual fee of 15000. further a security deposit of 10000 and one time charge of 10000 in first year. also a hostel fee of 20000 and a mess fee of 30000.

yes the scholarships are very important.

The hostels are very excellent mostly single seater.

yes the alumni are connected with each other and are very helpful in providing necessary information. the university has also developed a alumni database which makes it easy for other to access each other.

The examination consists of two minor exams and one major exam. The minor examination consists of twenty marks each.

i applied on the basis of MAT and i got shortlisted and i have to appear for Group discussion and personal interview and after that final list was published on their website. After that i was also informed through telephonic calling that i have got selected and i am eligible to take admission in smvdu.

The faculty of college is very high standard. all the teachers are very much interested in teaching students. all the faculty members hold doctorate and that too from very well reputed institutes.
