Remarks

The seniors were really supportive and always enthusiastic for any event/ cause which ITM Business school was involved with. They participated actively in campus initiatives and helped students in placements as well in their network/ organizations.

Entrance Preview

I scored around 89 percentile in CAT. The reason I chose this college was that it is a renowned college in Bangalore and wanted to study near to my hometown.I have already done BCA from other college which is a good experience of mine that's why i took admission in this college.

Placement Experience

Around 80% students got placed and the highest package was 9.8 lpa. Since management used to concentrate on their management courses only, PGDM batches get that much attention in terms of placements are concerned. Many companies came to campus.

Campus Life

Our campus was located in Bangalore and it was very green around there. People led a peaceful life and most of the surrounding areas were rural. We had amazing 2 years at campus, always involved in some activities, events or studies. During some free time, students used to run to happening places.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms were great but they were still in a manageable condition, having basic furniture and had enough space for one person to live comfortably. Mess food and sitting area was really good. Much better than many other campuses I've went to. Apart from rooms and mess area, our hostel was best.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Faculty

Faculty and academics were really good. We used to have visiting faculties from other IIMs and foreign B-Schools as well to teach us specialized courses. Our core faculty also had a rich industry as well as academic experience with a rich research background. Overall the experience was great in terms of learning.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placements in Alliance University is average to good. From the end of third semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements.The average package for an MBA student is 6 LPA .The highest package for our batch was 24 LPA

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
