Entrance Preview

I had given MAHCET on the basis of which I got admission to Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation's Pravara Centre for Management Research & Development. the procedure was easy and great.Also, the Pune campus is really good so I found it fruitful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course for my college is quite easy and I found that there was a lot of training and industry experience provided by the college. There are many things that a student can learn on their own.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is quite good and there are a lot of opportunities for students to enhance their personality through the means of training and other development training.

College Events

The events forma crucial part in the academic calendar of the college. Both sports and cultural events are organized and a lot of participation is observed in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee comes out to be very affordable and less than other colleges. I can say that I found it least as compared to the colleges that I applied to. The MBA course had 74,000 per year fee for 2 years.

Campus Life

I miss the campus life of Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation's Pravara Centre for Management Research & Development the most. Pune is already a wonderful city to explore and the campus was like cherry on the top.

Faculty

The faculty is quite motivating and encouraging towards the students. They are ready to answer the queries of the students and motivate them to enhance their scope of learning.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
