Remarks
Eligibility criteria were 50% on the basis of class 10th and 12th examinations. Aligarh Muslim University is a renowned university that is world famous. No reservations were availed but there were many reservations like a child of alumni, S.C., S.T. Quota, OBC, and Internal Quota. No much improvement but there is always room for improvement.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of my family background, my father is an advocate, my elder brothers are also in this profession and I personally have an interest in this profession and this profession is considered as a noble profession. 60% of students are boys and 40% are girls. Many teachers are jurists and legal scholars but no one is perfect and as this Institution is Central Government based institution teachers are not as good as compared to NLUs. They conduct a lot of internal exams, the students are most of the time busy with their internal exams and the paper type is moderate.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are very low compared to other nongovernmental colleges. This year only rupee 450 was increased. And the students can also avail of various scholarships like NSP and U.P. Scholarship. The stipend that law students get is very low as compared to medical students and most of the time law students did not get any stipend.
Campus Life
In this particular centre of Aligarh Muslim university centre Murshidaabad there is no such extracurricular activity as compared to other universities and the library is not at all good. The faculty and the administration have only one issue there are not get any funds to conduct the things and any events. I personally think that an enquiry should be done against the funding which this centre is getting because they are also crying for the funds.
