Remarks

Infrastructure is improving with one more academic block coming. Gender ratio is fair. College management is good and very supportive in terms of everything.

RRIMT has large electrical lab with modern equipments and instruments. Electrical & Electronics engineering play an important role in all the branches of Engineering and Science. It deals with electrical transducers, electronic instrumentation, signal conditioning. Microprocessors, microcontrollers, PC based instrumentation system, power electronics & control systems, telemetry, data transmission, etc.

Seniors here are very helpful and are there to help right from the counselling session. There is a society, FROSH involved to interact with freshers and make them familiar with culture of college. The college has strict policy regarding to ragging. The alumni network is very good with alumni spread all over the world and connected to RRIMT in various ways.

Faculty

HOD of most departments are skilled and holds a phd degree and have published many research papers. The other faculty is new and don't have much experience. Due to increasing seats the faculty is expected to teach more courses and quality is also deteriorating. Student to faculty ratio will be good.

Basically, if we're talking about M.tech. students are eligible for campus placement in second year of the course. Many companies have visited so far in the past like L&T , VIT( for Assistant professor) , EIL (for top rank holders) , etc with good CTC packages. My plan is to join any renowned PSU, if selected after completion of this course, as im preparing for it.

There are two methods of admission in b.tech. First is Direct admission in this type of admission you can directly visit the college and take admission.
