Remarks

The admission process is held in the administration office of Panimalar engineering college. The application fee costs around Rs 750 and we have to submit our original certificates. The eligibility of this course is to score a good cut-off in HSE.

Course Curriculum Overview

The staffs are very friendly towards the students and they are very talented and well qualified in their field. They conduct 2 semesters per year as per anna university rules and regulations. The teaching methods were awesome.

Placement Experience

This college provides us with a decent placement. The average salary package ranges from 2LPa to 3LPa. Every year most of the students get placed. Most IT companies like Tech Mahindra hire students in this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees cost around 140000 for the management quota and for the government quota, it costs 125000. This college has sports quota students also. This college reduces 25000 in tuition for the first graduation

Campus Life

This college has a very greenish environment and they maintain very neat and clean everywhere. They do not have any annual fests or cultural. This college has a big library named a central library. Classrooms have all amenities.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel environment gives us another level of experience. This hostel has about 150 rooms with separate bathrooms in each room. The food quality is awesome and they provide a variety of meals. Hostel fees come to around 75000.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
