Remarks
This process started off with an admission test where the criteria were to be in science background with an aggregate of 60% and above. On the official website ie, amu.ac.in we can find all the updates related to the form, application fees, and application dates. Things were pretty much aligned as far as I'm concerned with the process at my clock of joining.
Course Curriculum Overview
I've chosen this course as I was a bit aligned towards chemistry from the very start, studying the periodic table, and doing experiments with chemicals was something that I've always liked. 10:100 faculty: student ratio, Qualification of the faculty, they were mostly PhDs and involved in research for the subjects we were taught. The teaching method involved a smart board which helped us learn things in innovative manner exams were held quarterly and they were quite difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Byjus, Capgemini, Infosys, HCL, Vedantu. roles of associate level were provided and many others were the companies that came to opportunities at the time I was in the same race. I opted byjus as it was a platform that I thought would be suitable for me.
Placement Experience
In the last semester. students are eligible for placements. Most students studying at amu are likely to proceed with a master's and then Ph.D. after that they get placements in the university itself may it be as a professor or teacher. my plan involved going for MBA after completing my degree but it got changed, unfortunately.
Fees and Financial Aid
AMU is a government-based university so the fees were very less when compared to others. There are several scholarships that this university provides including fully funded scholarships as well.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is pretty amazing as the environment is friendly. there are several activities that are conducted throughout the year mainly in the month of January and February. Maulana Azad Library is located inside the campus, which is the best thing about AMU. there are many co-curricular activities held by this university such as football and basketball.
